Minister of Science and Technology Ofir Akunis came out against the plan of the High Court to debate whether Netanyahu can form a government or should he be disqualified.
"The High Court cannot make such a decision", Akunis said in an interview to Arutz Sheva, "It is impossible to give new interpretations to the law. According to the law there is nothing that prevents Netanyahu from forming the next government if he has the support of the majority - 61 seats"
