Transportation Minister Bezalel Smotrich said, Sunday evening, "I am leaving the serious accident scene on Route 40 shocked to the depths of my soul. It's premature to draw conclusions, but analysis of all recent fatal accidents brings up one common denominator: driver error."
Smotrich concluded, "We have to take responsibility! I'm begging - avoid all distractions and concentrate 100 percent on driving!"
