An indictment was filed Thursday morning by the Tel Aviv District Attorney, charging Yossi Tamam of Ramat Hasharon with attempting to cause serious injury in the stabbing of Gil Shtir who was out for a morning run six months ago.
Tamam turned himself in to Akko police at the beginning of the month.
