Minister Tzahi Hanegbi has eulogized his mother Geulah Cohen, who passed away last night, saying "With deep regret, I announce the passing of my dear mother, Geulah Cohen, a fighter for Israel's freedom from the dawn of her youth until her last day, at the age of 94."
Hanegbi added, "I was privileged to grow up with a great woman, whose entire life was dedicated to the integrity of the homeland, to the ingathering of exiles, [and] to the education of the future generation. Her love for the people did not overshadow her love as a mother and her dedication as a grandmother to Idan, Matan, Stav and Liav."
