Civil Service Commissioner Daniel Hershkowitz has made it clear to Justice Minister Amir Ohana that his selection for the post of Acting State Prosecutor is incorrect.
Rabbi Hershkowitz wrote to Ohana, "My position at this time is that said role should be given to a civil servant with the highest rank in the Prosecutor's Office with the agreement of the Attorney General."
