An indictment was filed against a 42-year-old man who robbed a 70-year-old man in his Nof Hagalil apartment. The charged is that he and another man bound the elderly man with handcuffs and ropes, taped his mouth, and took off his pants, and were then apprehended by police.
The elderly man's nose was broken and he required medical attention. Police sought to extend the suspect's remand until the end of proceedings.
