The Supreme Court this morning heard a request by the Prime Minister's advisers against the permission granted by the courts, the District and Magistrates', to search their cell phones.
At the opening of the hearing, Judge Elron commented that the law on this issue is clear and that the courts' rulings are consistent with Supreme Court rulings in the past.
