A 10-year-old boy fell from an amusement park slide in Tel Aviv and was moderately injured.
United Hatzalah paramedics Arie Goldberg and Bezalel Sabag said: "Eyewitnesses said the child fell from the roof of a slide he climbed on. We gave him initial medical assistance and then he was sent in an intensive care ambulance to continue receiving medical treatment at the hospital."
