Yisrael Beyteinu Chairman Avigdor Liberman said at the beginning of his party's faction meeting: "The first question is why we are going to elections. I keep saying the two major parties are responsible for going to an unnecessary election campaign. Beyond the ego battle, it's also essential that both of them didn't want unity, preferring early elections.
"We supported the President's outline, even though he gave Prime Minister Netanyahu an advantage," Liberman added. "Blue and White behaved disgracefully. They cheated their voters. Blue and White Knesset Members went out of their way to please the haredim, despite their calls for a secular unity government."
Liberman also said Benny Gantz would have formed a government with the Joint Arab List.
