Member of Knesset Yousef Jabareen from the Joint List of predominantly-Arab parties has expressed support for Labour Party Chairman Jeremy Corbyn in Thursday's general election in Britain.
Jabareen explained, "Those who support ending the occupation should hope that Corbyn is elected. The right is trying to paint a straightforward picture with lies, but one must not forget: Resistance to apartheid is not anti-Semitic. Rather the opposite. Meanwhile, [Prime Minister Binyamin] Netanyahu maintains warm contact with anti-Semitic and racist leaders."
