Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit will announce his position on Thursday regarding the resignation of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu from a number of government offices after he was indicted.
Mandelblit says Netanyahu cannot resign from office now because he heads a transitional government and if he asks to do so the resignation will have no standing.
