The Likud movement misused its resources by publishing polls and speaking out against Gideon Sa'ar. This according to a Likud Comptroller Adv. Shai Galili ruling, who also reprimanded the party executive director for the case.
In a letter from the Comptroller sent to Saar's attorney that reached Yisrael Hayom, it is stated that Sa'ar is right in his claims and that said resources should not be used to serve the party against Sa'ar who, as is known, is himself a member of the party.
