Culture Minister Miri Regev (Likud) arrived today (Tuesday) to show support for Prime Minister Netanyahu at Tel Aviv Museum Square, although earlier she announced that she would not attend the demonstration.

"Every demonstration by the right is called incitement, every incitement on the left is called a demonstration," Regev said in her speech at the demonstration, attacking the media.

"We, too, are protesting, we also want a just protest, a democratic protest. The law establishment is not above the law, there is not one law for one person and another for another person," Regev added.

"The anger, should not cause harm to the rule of law. There are some signs here that need to go down. Any sign that incites will be taken down, because we in Likud keep the law and want the law to protect us," added Regev.

She said, "The lifeblood of democracy is balance and braking. Someone here is pressing too hard on the gas and needs to slow down. We have one country and we all have a duty to maintain and fortify democracy."
