An essential military action by a unit in the Israel Defense Forces' Northern Command has been held up for almost two months due to the wait for legal advice in the Military Prosecutor's Office, according to Galei Tzahal radio.
Operational sources said it was a sensitive operation that should solve a serious problem which could make it difficult for the military and endanger soldiers. The IDF spokesman declined comment, citing the classified nature of the story.
