Yediot Ahronot reports the police have summoned 'Aleph Koof', the young woman, who is claimed by a former partner in the series Tzel Shel Emet (Shadow of Truth) to have committed the murder of Tair Rada, to give more testimony in the 2006 killing.
According to the report, the background to the summons is an affidavit filed by the woman in a civil lawsuit filed against one of her ex-girlfriends. Attorney Yarom Halevi, defense attorney for Roman Roman Zadorov, who was convicted of the murder, called it a scandal that she was called for additional testimony without being warned that she is a suspect and that the prosecution instructed investigators to grant her immunity from prosecution, regardless of the question of her guilt. Halevi is currently preparing to apply for a retrial in the Supreme Court in the face of much evidence that he says he has that can bring to Zadorov's full acquittal.
