Promising to return to Israel, Boycott Divestment and Sanctions movement activist Omar Shakir, Human Right Watch's director for Israel and the Palestinian Authority was expelled from Israel on Monday, following the Interior Minister's decision to cancel his work visa and the Supreme Court's decision not to hear his appeal.
