Former Chief of Staff Gadi Eizenkot addressed a conference of the National Security Studies Institute on threats to Israel on its northern border.
"Hezbollah, together with the Quds Force, is building a raidforce of 6,000 fighters, who plan to enter through ten underground routes, and surprise the State of Israel," he said.
