Member of Knesset Ofer Shelah (Blue and White) has attacked the government's lack of policy regarding the situation in Gaza.
Writing on Twitter between the early morning declaration of a ceasefire and the midmorning launching of five rockets at the Western Negev, Shelah said, "Where there is no policy, no operational achievement will change the situation." He said Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu "has not had a policy in Gaza for ten years, and now we have turned [Islamic] Jihad into an opponent and Hamas into a power. That is not how you make security."
