The Israeli Farmers Association thanks outgoing Minister Uri Ariel for his service as Agriculture Minister and calls for the appointment of a new Agriculture Minister as soon as possible.
"Israeli agriculture is facing a series of challenges and difficulties that require a minister to devote his entire efforts to saving and strengthening Israeli agriculture. The Agriculture Minister will not become another tool in the political game but will act out of national responsibility for maintaining and developing Israeli agriculture," they said.
