Minister Ze'ev Elkin defended Justice Minister Amir Ohana on Thursday against charges he violated an order not to discuss the behavior of investigators in their interrogation of witnesses in corruption allegations against Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu during an appearance in the Knesset on Wednesday.

Interviewed on public radio, Elkin said, "The gag order must be obeyed. Minister Ohana claims that everything he said on the Knesset podium is things that were published in the media in the past and before the order was issued. Assuming he is right - there was no breach of the order here."
