Justice Minister Amir Ohana's (Likud) office responds to the media storm, reporting that the minister violated the Prohibition Order in Case 4000, detailing the police investigative exercises in the interrogation of state witness Nir Hafetz.

"There is no truth in the report that the minister used his parliamentary immunity to reveal what the prohibition order was. The minister merely repeated things already published, and did not reveal anything because he has nothing to new to reveal from the investigative materials that are not in his possession."
