Smotrich to Netanyahu: 'Hevron's ours; permit Jewish construction'

The Transport Minister toured the Hevron market complex whose land was purchased by Jews, and called on the Prime Minister to sign transfer of the market from the PA Hevron municipality to the Jewish community.
