The Haifa District Attorney submitted an indictment Tuesday in the city's district court, charging two caregivers with abuse and assaulting a number of toddlers in a kindergarden in the city's Neve Shaanan neighborhood.
The indictment charges one caregiver with abuse of a minor by a person in charge, and the other caregiver was charged with several counts of assault.
