Arab sources have told the the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation that rogue terrorists from Islamic Jihad are behind Friday night's rocket barrage on Gaza-area communities. They said Islamic Jihad and Hamas agreed on a "green light" to arrest anyone who deviates from the consensus and fires rockets without permisssion.
Islamic Jihad informed Egyptian intelligence that, contrary to Israeli media reports, Islamic Jihad commander Baha Abu al-Ata did not give the order to fire the rockets and is committed to calm as well as other senior Jihad senior officials.
