Last night a brigade operation of IDF fighters, Border Police forces and the Israeli Police took place in the Al-Arroub refugee camp. The operation took place following a number of incidents in which vehicles and civilians were hit by stones and Molotov cocktails while traveling on Route 60 near the refugee camp.
During the operation, 13 suspects involved in terror activity and violent disturbances of order against civilians were arrested. The suspects were transferred to security forces for interrogation. During searches for illegal weapons, the troops seized a 16-m weapon. The weapons were handed over to security forces.
