Channel 13 News reports on a North Syria ceasefire.
The Kremlin said: "The US has betrayed the Kurds in Syria. It appears to encourage the Kurds to stay close to the Turkish border and fight with Turkey, but if they do not withdraw from the area, they will be attacked by it."
It was also reported that talks were underway about another Russian S-400 missile delivery to Turkey.
