The Ashkelon baby who was critically injured after her mother and Arab partner were suspected of abusing her has died of her wounds.
Soroka Hospital announced the passing of the baby: "Sadly, we update on the death of the baby from Ashkelon due to her critical injury, despite efforts of the medical team.
"We participate in the heavy grief of family."
