Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Sochi on October 22, the Turkish presidency said on Wednesday, according to Reuters.
The meeting comes after Turkey launched an offensive targeting Kurdish YPG fighters in northern Syria.
