An indictment was filed against a 19-year-old Ness Ziona resident after he threatened a truck driver with a toy gun. The charges indicate that the driver parked his vehicle near the young man's home - which required him to leave.
Instead, an argument ensued, during which the young man waved a realistic looking toy gun and exclaimed, "Open the window, I'll shoot you."
