A Palestinian Authority commission of inquiry has been set up against Mayor Nicola Khamis of the Bethlehem-area town of Beit Jala, after he was photographed alongside an uniformed Israel Defense Forces officer while launching a new water line for the town, according to public radio.
Khamis was photographed with the Civil Administration representative in Bethlehem, in three photos that appeared on the Arabic Facebook page of the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories.
