Attorney Yossi Cohen, who represents Sara Netanyahu, made it clear after a hearing in a suit by Prime Minister's Residence employee Shira Raban that Netanyahu would come to testify.

A judge in the case had threatened to dismiss a written statement by Netanyahu. Cohen said, "There is nothing special here. The one who requested the delay of the hearing today is the State Prosecutor's Office, which I think is illegal. Her testimony will be as usual and she will bring the truth before you."
