Police arrested a 47-year-old man from Tel Aviv on suspicion of raping his 4-year-old relative.
It is suspected that the act was committed while he was staying in her father's apartment in Tel Aviv. The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court extended his remand until tomorrow.
