In a post on Twitter, Chairman of the New Right Party and former education minister, MK Naftali Bennett took credit for the increase of students studying Computer science and engineering in Israel, writing:
"Done! We increased the number of students in computer science and engineering, and reduced the number of students in law. It was a goal I set when I took up the position of chairman of the Fellowship about four years ago, and we stood by it. The lack of engineers and the surplus of lawyers in Israel hurt the economy and society."
