In a post on Twitter, MK Aida Touma-Sliman (Joint List) said that her party members will not be present at the opening of the Knesset, writing:
"We will not be attending the inauguration of the Knesset. Tomorrow our people will take to the streets to protest the raging violence and the fact that the Israeli government fails in protecting us. Tomorrow - we will be marching with our people."
