An indictment has been filed against 31-year-old Ramle resident Hadin Alshmali, for murder under aggravated circumstances of Mahmoud Mugrabi and committing further offenses.
The indictment shows that the accused, joined a minor and another person in blocking the deceased's vehicle with theirs, got out and shot about 20 bullets into him from three different weapons on August 6th. The other two suspects were indicted on Monday.
