Cellcom CEO Nir Stern asked employees to show responsibility, in his words, despite the expected wave of layoffs.
"I urge you, Cellcom employees, to show responsibility. At the end of the process, most of you will have a stable and secure workplace. I urge the Employees Committee to stop the extreme moves that are affecting customers, the company, and eventually employees.
"I am determined to heal the company. In our situation, we have no choice and we must heal the company."
