The Prosecutor's office announced that it agrees to the early release of Simona Mori, who murdered her husband.
"The position of the prosecutor's office in this case was determined with attention to the position of an inter-ministerial committee for the prevention of domestic violence by the IPS and the Social Affairs Ministry that recommends her early release. There are also therapeutic opinions that indicate a significant (group and individual) therapeutic procedure that the prisoner underwent inside prison walls and which led to a reduction of her risk," it said.
