British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Sunday stressed his determination to take Britain out of the European Union on October 31 with or without an agreement.
The British Parliament recently voted to delay Brexit until January 31 unless Johnson has a deal approved by parliament beforehand on the terms and manner of the exit.
