Route 461 has been blocked at Mesubim Junction in the direction of Or Yehuda due to an accident in which a truck killed an electric-bicycle rider.
The Magen David Adom emergency service was forced to pronounce the victim's death. Police are asking motorists not to go to the area and to use alternate routes.
