Egyptian President Abdel Fattah a-Sisi rejected remarks of an exiled Egyptian businessman who accused him of corruption calling them "lies and slander".
This following a video released on social networks last week in which a businessman by the name of Muhammad Ali claimed that public funds had been directed to constructing luxury hotels, presidential palaces, and a tombstone for Sisi's mother.
