Advocate Uri Haberman, who represented the Democratic camp, welcomed the decision of the election committee to charge Likud with legal expenses in favor of the Democratic camp following the Prime Minister's statement on Tuesday.
"Melcer gave a decree prohibiting the Likud and Netanyahu from making banned electoral propaganda, and if the order is violated again, the Likud would pay a fine of NIS 50,000. This is the achievement of the Democratic camp for the sake of democracy and the purity of the elections," said Haberman.
