Caretaker from Moldova arrested on suspicion of attacking patient

A 35-year-old caretaker from Moldova was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a nursing patient from Herzliya.

The patient's daughter was watching the cameras that were installed in her mother's home and, after seeing the assault, filed a complaint with police.
