An indictment has been filed against a 20-year-old Jerusalem resident for rape and indecent acts on a 14-year-old who suffered from mental deficiencies.
According to the charge, the accused allegedly implored her at a playground to come with him and threatened to harm her if she did not do so. He then led her to an empty classroom at a nearby educational institution, where the offenses allegedly took place.
