Tory party member defects to Liberal Democrats in UK parliament

During a speech by UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson's in Parliament, Tory House Member Philip Lee defected to the Liberal Democrat Party. That move leaves Johnson without a majority in favor of voting for Brexit.
