A prosecutor's declaration of intent to prosecute has been filed against a 21-year-old from Lod who is suspected of firing a shot on Avishai Alshwili Street in the city, from which a 32-year-old Lod resident was wounded, apparently due to a dispute between the two.
A passerby about the age of 50 was also wounded.
