A 48-year-old man has been charged with felony transporting and carrying weapons, driving while disqualified, and threatening and interfering with a police officer in the performance of his duties.
The charge revealed that the man was carrying an improvised explosive device in his vehicle, abandoned his vehicle following an accident and while police arrived to arrest him at his home - threatened them with a sword and jumped out of his home window on the fourth floor.
