Tiberias police arrested a driver travelling at 184 mph while drinking whiskey in the vehicle and without a driver's license.
An intoxication test found 834 micrograms per liter of exhaled air, three times the allowable limit.
The suspect was investigated and arrested. An indictment was filed against him and his vehicle was disabled for 30 days.
