Smotrich: Without public pressure, Temple Mount wouldn't have opened

Minister Bezalel Smotrich made clear on the Kalman Liebeskind show that without public pressure the Temple Mount would be closed to Jews.

"I say that without public pressure, the mount would not have opened to Jews, period. The police, following public and political pressure, decided to allow the mount to be opened, too little and too late. When we show determination, there will not be legitimacy for the other side to riot," he said.
