The 44th Jerusalem International Arts and Crafts Festival opens Monday in the Khutsot Hayotser artists colony and the Sultan's Pool concert venue.
The festival will salute Israeli artists throughout the ages. Singer-songwriter Tzvika Pik will be made an honorary resident of Jerusalem on opening night.
