Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit determined on Wednesday night that the Central Elections Committee is not authorized to approve the placing of cameras at polling stations.
The decision was made public a few hours before the Committee is scheduled to discuss the request of various parties and organizations to revoke the permit given to the Likud to place cameras at polling stations in the upcoming elections.
